MANILA, Philippines — Metro Pacific Health Corp. (MPH), the private hospital network led by billionaire Manuel Pangilinan, has acquired a majority shareholding in Metro Antipolo Hospital and Medical Center Inc. (MAHMC). This acquisition adds a 28th hospital to MPH’s growing portfolio.
As part of its expansion plans, MPH aims to establish a new urgent care center within the 109-bed MAHMC. This initiative is intended to enhance and broaden the hospital’s outpatient services, providing more accessible and efficient care for patients in the region.
