**Bhopal Police Arrest Third Minor Accused in Snatching Case from IG Intelligence Officer**

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The police arrested the third minor accused involved in the snatching of an iPhone and an Android phone from the IG Intelligence officer in the high-security Char Imli area on Tuesday night.

It was revealed that the three accused had a quarrel following the incident, which led to one of them throwing the stolen iPhone away. Earlier, two suspects were arrested on Friday, resulting in the recovery of the Android handset.

According to ACP Umesh Tiwari, the gang comprised 18-year-old Aditya Kanjaria of Durga Nagar and two minors, one of whom was identified as the kingpin. Aditya and one minor were riding a bike when they encountered the third minor accused and forced him to join them on the motorcycle.

The trio, aiming to make “quick money,” set out on the bike and soon spotted the senior officer and his wife walking after dinner. One of the minors then snatched the officer’s two phones while riding past.

However, a dispute broke out among the three after the snatching. One minor warned that committing a crime in such a high-security zone could lead to their arrest. Following this, another minor threw the officer’s iPhone away.

The miscreants fled with the Android phone, which reportedly contained sensitive state security data. They later buried the handset in a nearby park, planning to sell it once the police stopped searching for them.

The police continue their investigation into the case as efforts to ensure the security of state officials intensify.
