MANILA, Philippines – Broker-dealer Globalinks Securities and Stocks Inc. may now resume operations after securing enough capital to continue its business.
This development follows the lifting of Globalinks’ involuntary suspension by the market regulation arm of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
In a memorandum released on Tuesday, the Capital Markets Integrity Corp. (CMIC) confirmed it had received documents from Globalinks showing proof of compliance with the required capital.
