Paris Jackson has received $65 million in benefits from the estate of her late father, Michael Jackson, according to a recent court filing. This substantial figure was disclosed on October 9 by the executors of Michael Jackson’s estate, in response to Paris, 27, expressing concerns earlier this year about the payments being made by the estate.

In June, Paris filed documents stating she was “concerned” about the ongoing payments. The estate’s executors responded firmly in the new court filing obtained by People, emphasizing that “few have benefited” as much. They also credited themselves for transforming the late King of Pop’s estate into a lucrative enterprise.

According to the filing, “The Executors’ business judgment has taken an estate that ‘started out as nothing but debt and substantial ongoing obligations’ and ‘turned [it] into a $2 billion estate’—an estate that is now ‘a powerhouse and a force in the music business today.’”

In her June filing, Paris also highlighted the executors’ request for approval of $625,000 in payments to three law firms back in 2018. The court documents allege that “these payments appear, at least in part, to consist of lavish gratuities bestowed upon already well-compensated counsel.”

Representatives for both Paris Jackson and Michael’s estate did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Legal Battle Continues Over Sexual Assault Allegations
A separate court filing by Michael’s estate executors in September revealed that the singer’s sexual assault accusers, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, are seeking $400 million in damages over alleged abuse.

The executors stated in a September 15 filing obtained by Us Weekly that failing to pay the legal fees would have “profoundly destabilizing consequences for the estate,” warning that the estate might not be able to continue defending against the lawsuits.

“The Estate would likely have to default… where numerous depositions, discovery matters, and other proceedings are scheduled in the coming months, and where [Robson and Safechuck] are seeking $400 million,” the documents read. “It would be disastrous for the Estate to default in this case.”

Michael Jackson’s estate has consistently denied Robson and Safechuck’s sexual assault allegations. A spokesperson reiterated to Page Six in September, “The lawsuit has no merit and Michael is innocent.”

Family Reunites Amid Legal Drama
Amid the ongoing legal tensions between Paris and the estate’s executors, Paris Jackson and her aunt, pop icon Janet Jackson, shared a joyful reunion at Paris Fashion Week earlier this month.

The two embraced while attending the Tom Ford fashion show, putting to rest years of rumors that they were at odds.
