C. Viper is a returning character who first made her debut in Street Fighter 4. She’s a U.S. secret agent who utilizes a number of gadgets to taze and burn her foes as she battles them. With quite high execution demands and a variety of unique cancels from special moves and normals, she promises to be a challenging character to master.
