A U.S. Senate primary between Scott Brown and John E. Sununu isn’t necessarily a bad thing for New Hampshire voters.
Apart from the ad campaigns that will start now and likely drive us all mad by next September, having a competitive primary can provide voters with more choices and stimulate engagement in the political process.
While the upcoming ads may test our patience, the election season also offers an opportunity for important discussions about the future of New Hampshire and its representation in the Senate.
