**From the Pods to Motherhood: “Love Is Blind” Star Megan “Sparkle Meg” Walerius Welcomes Baby Boy**
Megan “Sparkle Meg” Walerius, a star of Netflix’s hit dating show *Love Is Blind*, revealed during the *Season 9* reunion special that she is now a mother.
“I am a mom now,” Walerius shared. “I had a baby boy two and a half months ago.”
She continued, “I have a little boy and he is my whole world. And, you know, I now know more than ever I was meant on this Earth to be a mom, and he’s amazing. Our family’s very happy.”
Walerius confirmed that she welcomed her baby, Brooks, with her partner Paul, who was present in the audience during the reunion. The couple was introduced through a mutual friend three months after filming for *Love Is Blind* wrapped up. Remarkably, she revealed, “We got pregnant three months into dating.”
“We definitely had our ups and downs. I’m not going to say it was perfect, but Paul’s been amazing and we’re very happy,” she added.
This surprising announcement follows reports obtained by Page Six, which featured photos of an unidentified man carrying an infant from Walerius’ Denver home on October 19 and 20. An eyewitness told the *US Sun* that the mystery man “seems to be living in Megan’s home” and “has been in and out at all hours of the day.”
Although Walerius was not pictured with the man during this time, she was spotted running errands, hitting the gym, visiting a hospital, and shopping at Whole Foods.
During *Love Is Blind* Season 9, Walerius had a storyline that saw her dating Jordan Keltner sight unseen in the pods. The two got engaged, yet days before their wedding, Walerius ended their engagement, citing “reservations” about their differing lifestyles.
“I still have reservations, and that’s not how I should be feeling going into my wedding [and] our wedding,” she told Keltner in the season finale, which became available to stream last week.
Walerius also expressed uncertainty about becoming a stepmom to Keltner’s 5-year-old son, Luca, whom he had from a previous relationship.
“Maybe I’m just not cut out to be a stepmom. Honestly, this has me questioning if I’m even cut out to be a mom,” she emotionally admitted in a confessional. “I don’t know, maybe I am too caught up in my own life. All I wanted coming into this experiment was to find love and to find my partner. I will love Jordan always but he’s not my partner,” she added.
