Every week of the NFL season, fantasy football managers face tough decisions. Rarely is a starting roster cut and dry. As the league has evolved in recent years, the increased reliance on wide receivers has boosted the position’s significance in fantasy football.
This week, four teams are on bye: the Kansas City Chiefs, Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, and Tennessee Titans. That means fantasy rosters will be without the services of CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, Rashee Rice, and Xavier Worthy.
Admittedly, there isn’t a Titans receiver who should be in starting lineups right now. That doesn’t even take into account injuries sustained at the wide receiver position. Fantasy managers are likely in need of help—so worry not. I’m here to help with some wideouts you can stream in Week 10.
### Start Jaguars WR Parker Washington
The first player on my list might come as a surprise. Jacksonville Jaguars wideout Parker Washington is a viable play this week. Yes, he will face the league’s best defense in the Houston Texans, but there are several reasons to believe Washington will post at least double-digit points in PPR leagues.
The Jaguars traded for Jakobi Meyers before the deadline, but he’s expected to be on a snap count as he learns the new offense. Travis Hunter is on injured reserve, and Brian Thomas Jr. is hurt and has not practiced this week. Someone has to catch passes, right?
Last week, Washington caught eight of nine targets for 90 yards under similar circumstances. Plus, the Texans will be without rookie quarterback CJ Stroud, who is dealing with a concussion. They will start Davis Mills instead, so this game should be close.
Given the expected game script and Washington’s volume, he’s a solid streaming option this week.
### Insert Darnell Mooney
Fantasy managers needing a wide receiver going into the weekend have a great opportunity with Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney. The Falcons take on the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday in Berlin.
The Colts pose a serious threat to win and do not allow much on the ground, but their defense ranks near the bottom of the NFL in big pass plays allowed (20+ yards). Mooney averages just under 15 yards per catch, most of those being air yards.
The Colts traded for Sauce Gardner, who is expected to line up opposite Drake London much of the game. This will present deep-shot chances for Mooney to feast against a beatable secondary.
### Christian Watson Can Be Played
Now, this pick comes with a caveat. Green Bay Packers wideout Christian Watson is a boom-or-bust player, partly because he often gets banged up during games. But if he plays the full game against the Philadelphia Eagles, I like his chances of delivering for fantasy managers.
The Eagles’ defense is great on paper but has been middle-of-the-pack in reality. They have struggled against deep passes this season, which is Watson’s strength. He’s played only two games and caught six of eight targets for 143 yards — nearly 25 yards per catch.
I expect the Eagles to focus on slowing down Josh Jacobs during Monday Night Football, which should open up deep-shot opportunities for Watson as safeties creep closer to the line.
### Darius Slayton: A Sneaky, Solid Play
Last but not least, consider New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton. Wan’Dale Robinson has taken the lion’s share of targets since Malik Nabers suffered a season-ending injury, but Slayton has quietly been flex-worthy at times.
This week, the Giants host the Chicago Bears. Chicago’s defense has looked worse with each passing game, but Caleb Williams and company should move the ball and score plenty of points against a banged-up Giants defense.
As a result, Jaxson Dart will be throwing the ball and trying to play catch-up. There is rain in the forecast, which could impact this play, but as long as it’s not pouring, it actually favors the receiver. Slayton knows where he is going, whereas the cornerbacks must adjust on the fly on wet grass.

In summary, for Week 10 streaming options at wide receiver, consider Parker Washington, Darnell Mooney, Christian Watson (if healthy), and Darius Slayton. These options provide intriguing matchups and opportunities to maximize your fantasy output despite the bye weeks and injuries affecting top wideouts.
