Angel Studios Locks IP Deals On ‘Tuttle Twins’, ‘Homestead’ & ‘The Wingfeather Saga’

EXCLUSIVE: Angel Studios has finalized a major deal to acquire the IP rights to its three highest-performing franchises: Tuttle Twins, Homestead, and The Wingfeather Saga. These celebrated series, which span the family, thriller, and fantasy genres, have collectively driven over 4 million hours of viewing and 350,000 new Angel Guild memberships since December 2024.

“These acquisitions represent strategic investments in Angel’s long-term growth,” said Neal Harmon, Co-Founder and CEO of Angel Studios, in a statement. Harmon emphasized that each franchise reflects the values that unite the Angel Guild and ranks among the most watched on the platform.

The Angel Guild is Angel Studios’ grassroots membership program, allowing members to pay dues and serve as virtual co-producers for every studio project. Members also get a say in which projects the studio pursues, making them a crucial part of Angel’s creative process.

Angel Studios revealed that the transactions were funded through a combination of cash and stock, for a total aggregate price of $89 million.

**Tuttle Twins**
Tuttle Twins leads as the most-watched television series on Angel’s platform. This family-focused animated series explores complex ideas—including freedom and responsibility—through adventure, humor, and heart. Between December 2024 and September 2025, viewers watched a remarkable 124 million minutes of Tuttle Twins on Angel.

**Homestead**
Homestead is a premium, post-apocalyptic thriller franchise. The film, starring Neal McDonough, and the first season of the series, depict a fractured America struggling to survive after a nuclear blast. Homestead has garnered 81 million watched minutes and accounts for nearly 1 in 8 minutes viewed on Angel’s platform. Additionally, 253,000 new Angel Guild memberships are tied to Homestead.

**The Wingfeather Saga**
Based on Andrew Peterson’s bestselling books, The Wingfeather Saga is a hand-painted, 3D animated fantasy series. So far, the show has accumulated 40.3 million total minutes watched on the Angel platform.

“By fully integrating these franchises into Angel,” Harmon added, “we strengthen our competitive position and advance our mission to deliver value-driven storytelling at scale.”

With these strategic acquisitions, Angel Studios is poised to further expand its reach and continue delivering high-quality, value-driven entertainment to a growing audience.
