A certain son of a late WWE legend has just revealed that he signed a contract for a future match with Jon Moxley in AEW. This was no ordinary bout, so he was second-guessing the decision for this. Brodie Lee Jr. (AKA Negative One) is still greatly affiliated with the Tony Khan-led promotion despite the passing of his father a few years ago. He was offered a contract with the company at the age of 8, and he remains the honorary leader of the Dark Order. He clarified that he is not currently signed to the company, but he can choose to become All-Elite once he turns 18. While appearing on Casual Conversations with The Classic, the second-generation star revealed that he also signed another contract. This was for a death match against Jon Moxley when he turns 18. He admitted that in hindsight, he wasn’t sure if he would accept this. He wanted to face Mox in a match, just not in a death match. “I also signed a random contract for when I turn 18 me versus Moxley in a death match. I don’t know if I’ll take that. I’ll definitely wrestle him, just maybe not in a death match.” [H/T RSN] Brodie Lee Jr. made his wrestling debut earlier this year, but he cannot compete in AEW yet until he turns 18. The AEW name made a bold claim about John Cena With John Cena set to retire before the end of 2025, many have stepped up in hopes of becoming the man to retire him. WWE is currently holding the Last Time is Now Tournament, which will decide who will have the honor to do so. Recently, Negative One held a Q&A on his Instagram Stories. One fan asked him whether he would be in person for Cena’s retirement match. He claimed that he would surely be around as he was the one who was going to retire him. A few years ago, the Greatest of All Time got to share the ring with his father during his feuds with the Wyatt Family. This would have been a full-circle moment if it were possible. The future is bright for Brodie Lee Jr. should he fully pursue a career in wrestling. It remains to be seen if this will be with AEW or with another major company.
