KISSIMMEE, Fla. (AP) — Kennard Davis Jr. scored 18 points, and AJ Dybantsa led a second-half surge that propelled No. 9 BYU to a 72-62 victory over Miami in the ESPN Events Invitational on Thursday.
The Cougars trailed by four points at halftime, but Dybantsa sparked the comeback by opening the second half with a jumper. He finished the half with 12 points, helping BYU overcome the deficit and secure the win.
