Hanford Man Arrested on Felony Charges Including Rape, Kidnapping, and Stalking
HANFORD, Calif. (KFSN) — A Hanford man faces multiple felony charges, including rape, kidnapping, and stalking. Thirty-eight-year-old Armando Plascencia was arrested on Tuesday and is currently being held in the Kings County jail.
According to Hanford Police, the alleged assault was first reported on December 29. Detectives say the victim was forced to engage in sexual acts with Plascencia multiple times over the course of a month.
