MANILA, Philippines — The Ayala group’s Automobile Central Enterprise Inc. (ACEI) has reached an agreement with Volkswagen AG to end the distribution of the German brand’s vehicles in the Philippines.
ACEI, the exclusive distributor of Volkswagen vehicles in the country, informed customers of this development through an official notice.
Despite this change, Volkswagen BGC will continue its operations to serve existing customers. Further details regarding the transition are expected to be provided soon.
