Ayers, a veteran leader in operations and commercial strategy, has successfully guided multiple enterprise software companies through periods of exceptional growth. She now steps into the CEO role to lead Metomic’s continued expansion as more enterprises adopt integrated data security frameworks for their SaaS and AI infrastructures.
Bethany Ayers joins Metomic following a distinguished career in enterprise software, most recently serving as COO at Peak.ai, where she scaled international go-to-market operations. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles at NewVoiceMedia, playing a key role in expanding go-to-market operations and international presence. In addition to her executive experience, Ayers advises on multiple AI-focused boards, bringing valuable expertise for the AI-led future Metomic is helping to protect.
