All eyes are on *Dhurandhar*, and its trailer is highly awaited. Originally scheduled for launch on November 12, the trailer release was postponed due to unforeseen circumstances last week and has now been rescheduled for Tuesday, November 18.
As the world eagerly awaits to see if the trailer lives up to the excitement generated by the teaser, Bollywood Hungama has learned an interesting scoop: following the recent trend of several big films, *Dhurandhar* is expected to be a lengthy feature.
### SCOOP: *Dhurandhar* Expected to Have a Run Time of Over 3 Hours; Will Be Ranveer Singh’s Lengthiest Film
A source revealed to Bollywood Hungama, “*Dhurandhar* has a vast and expansive storyline. The focus is primarily on Ranveer Singh’s character and his journey, but there are also other actors who play crucial roles. Director Aditya Dhar is clear that he does not want to rush the narrative. At the same time, he wants to ensure every scene engages and excites the audience.”
The source added, “Currently, the final run time of *Dhurandhar* is more than 3 hours — approximately 3 hours and 5 minutes. The exact duration, finalized by Aditya Dhar, Jio Studios, and B62 Studios, will be announced within the next 10 days.”
It remains to be seen whether the film’s length will be trimmed before release or if it will remain at this length. If *Dhurandhar* indeed runs for 185 minutes, it will become the longest film of Ranveer Singh’s career to date.
Previously, Ranveer’s longest film was *Dil Dhadakne Do* (2015), which ran for 2 hours and 51 minutes. This was followed by *Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani* (2023) with a runtime of 2 hours and 48 minutes in cinemas. Other notable durations include *83* (2021) and *Padmaavat* (2018), each approximately 2 hours and 43 minutes long. On the shorter side, *Kill Dil* (2014) is Ranveer’s briefest film, clocking in at just 1 hour and 57 minutes.
Besides Ranveer Singh, *Dhurandhar* also stars an impressive ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Sara Arjun. For the upcoming trailer launch on November 18, the entire team is expected to attend, except for Sanjay Dutt and Akshaye Khanna.
