The Unexpected Initiatives quest is one of the trickier ones to complete in ARC Raiders, as you’re required to travel to different maps. It’s all about finding a few essential resources you need to find for Tian Wen. This guide will provide you with all the details required to complete all parts of this large quest in ARC Raiders. Water Pump and Fertilizer from Buried City Water Filter from Dam Battlegrounds Lemons from Spaceport/Dam Battlegrounds Water Pump and Fertilizer locations The Water Pump and Fertilizer are located on top of buildings in the Buried City. To get Fertilizer, you’ll have to go to the roof of the Grandioso Apartments. You’ll find a couple of pots, and collect the Fertilizer. To get the Water Pump, we will have to be at the marked location in Piazza Roma. Screenshot and Remix by Destructoid Reach the rooftop of the house, and you’ll find plenty of planters. The Water Pump is located right in the middle. Interact with it to add the item to your inventory. This solves a part of the quest, but there’s more to be done. Screenshot by Embark Water Filters Water Filters could be the hardest of the three items to find if you’re unlucky. You’ll want to look into areas tagged under the Industrial category on the Dam Battlegrounds map and go through all the containers. If you’re lucky, you’ll obtain the Water Filter. You can also find Water Pumps by the same method. I was pretty lucky since my friends had a harder time trying to find the Filters. However, it’s better to try your luck at Spaceport. The ideal location will be Olive Garden in the southern part of the map. This place is also perfect to find Olives if you’re looking to upgrade Scrappy.
