EASTON, Pa. (AP) – Shilo Jackson scored 21 points as Le Moyne defeated Lafayette 76-63 on Friday in the Lafayette Classic. Jackson also contributed 15 rebounds and five blocks for the Dolphins (3-4).
Deng Garang added 17 points, going 7 of 12 from the field (2 for 5 from 3-point range) and grabbed seven rebounds. Tennessee Rainwater contributed 14 points, shooting 4 of 6 from the field and 5 of 8 from the free-throw line.
For the Leopards (1-6), Andrew Phillips led the way with 18 points and seven rebounds, while Caleb Williams added 18 points and six assists.
Le Moyne was led by Jackson’s 15 points before halftime as the teams entered the break tied at 38-38. The Dolphins took the lead for the final time on Jackson’s dunk with 6:28 remaining in the game and outscored Lafayette by 13 points in the second half.
