Southern Pines man appears in court for alleged sexual offenses and providing alcohol to minors
Southern Pines police said 37-year-old Joshua Timothy-Lee Rayman was arrested after he was accused of giving a group of underaged girls alcohol and illegal drugs, before he sexually assaulted one of them. He faces multiple charges and is being held on a $250,000 bond.
