(MPH), the private hospital network led by billionaire Manuel Pangilinan, acquired a majority shareholding in Metro Antipolo Hospital and Medical Center Inc. (MAHMC), adding a 28th hospital to its portfolio. MPH plans to establish a new urgent care center for the 109-bed MAHMC to expand the latter’s outpatient services.
