Injured stray black cat evades rescuers since Halloween, finally gets rescued and a furever home just in time for Christmas, names her Holly: ‘Tell Santa my new address!’

Last year around Halloween a woman came across a stray black cat sitting in a pile of orange leaves. The contract of the fall foliage against the very Halloween-themed cat was eye-catching. The woman immediately approach the friendly feline and started petting her. The kitty was extremely sweet and loved the attention. The woman lived in a neighborhood where many families owned outdoor cats, so she assumed this was someone’s cat. However, after visiting the baby almost everyday, she started to realize this cat had no furever home. She was skinny, dirty, and starving for some love. One day, after noticing that the cat was limping, the woman decided she was going to try to catch her and bring her home. Unfortunately, the cat evaded being captured for a while. As temperatures dropped, the woman started worry about the cat even more. She named her Holly, after Halloween, but that holiday was passed now and Christmas was fast approaching. She wasn’t going to stop until she could bring this baby home and get her the help she needs and the love she deserves. Finally, just in time for Christmas, she was able to capture the tiny feline friend. Though unsure at first, Holly quickly realized she was in good hands. Now she is there little Halloween/Christmas miracle and living her most purrfect life.
